This position provides a tremendous opportunity to imprint your vision while refining/improving/executing the plan required to drive significant revenue growth. You will be in a highly visible role whose results will have a material impact on the overall success of the company in achieving its long-term market share, revenue, and profit objectives.The SVP will report directly to the President of GDIT, and be a key member of the senior leadership team. He/She will play an integral role in its continued exponential growth and profitability. This critical role requires a dynamic leader with proven operational acumen, leadership, polished communications, deep and long-standing experience with key clients, a record of sustained business growth, direct mission track record, and substantive P&L experience.Responsibilities and Impact

Lead the Intelligence & Homeland Security Division comprised of large and complex programs and opportunities by developing and executing a strategy/vision comprised of growth, technical differentiation, and talent.

Develop and mature key relationships within customer organizations.

Aggressively pursue and meet/exceed growth objectives.

Involvement and oversight of complex functional activities that will have a major impact on business operations for the entire division and throughout the company.

Responsible for all phases of the division’s budget. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.

Develop and manage standards and methods related to a performance measurement framework which focuses on key performance indicators (KPI).

Travel may be required, as dictated by business need.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

Comprehensive understanding of customer’s missions across the entire enterprise. Intimate knowledge of the problems to be solved, domain and functional capabilities needed, and the competitive market landscape.

Deep expertise leading large P&L’s in excess of $500MM.

Proven success with the full life cycle of the business acquisition process, from opportunity concept through pursuit, winning, program startup and ongoing execution to include recompetes. Possess a hunger to win.

A demonstrated successful track record of supporting or winning contracts supporting these customer sets.

Knowledge of current and future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information that may impact corporate business performance within the Intel/Homeland Security market.

Strong, agile, and entrepreneurial leader with ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization and provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development.

Bachelor’s degree, with at least 20+ years of professional experience.

Proven management cadence, process for driving results quarter over quarter.

High energy, impeccable integrity, and operates at start-up speed.

Active TS/SCI with POLY security clearance required.
