Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to work with a large Employee Owned Mechanical Contractor in the East Coast market. The scope of projects will be around Baltimore, MD and can expand into D.C. You will have the opportunity to use your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories, large industrial and institutional projects.Hard Skills

Experience with a self-perform MECHANICAL/PLUMBING contractor

5-10 years’ experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction

Experience in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems

Experience managing projects exceeding $5 million

Proficiency in management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety)

Problem solving skills

Familiarity with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation

Osha 30 certification

Soft Skills

Problem solving skills
