Job Title: Production Operator - Bottling LineJob DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our team in the Prep area of production or the bottling line. You will be involved in various tasks that may subject you to water, valves, and a dirtier part of the production process. The work environment can be hotter depending on the exact area. Operators will perform quality control procedures while the machine is running and conduct inspections when machines are stopped. Monitoring equipment for manual adjustments and maintaining quality on the final product through consistent checks are crucial responsibilities. The role requires a substantial amount of walking, climbing stairs to the second level, and working on elevated, metal graded surfaces. You will not be in a stagnant position, as the job involves handling a long bottling line, silos, vessels, and lift systems. The bottling line includes labeling, moving bottles to be filled with soy sauce, troubleshooting, lifting, and assisting in boxing and labeling.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Henrico, Virginia.Work EnvironmentCandidates must be trainable and come from a manufacturing or machine operation experience, passing a math and mechanical reasoning test during the interview. The environment has a strong soy sauce smell, and mold is a natural part of the process. Uniforms are provided, and it is recommended to wear old clothes. Candidates cannot have allergies to soybeans, wheat, peanut butter, sesame, mustard, koji (mold), or MSG. The role involves significant sanitation duties, and all tasks must be completed before leaving. Flexibility with shift times and mandatory overtime is required.
