Communicate via phone and email with customers, warehouse personnel, freight carriers, and all involved parties, providing excellent customer service. Receive orders and enter them in Accounting Software. Notify the warehouse of orders and confirm with customers. Select appropriate carriers for deliveries and manage scheduling. Serve as a backup for general administrative duties such as printing Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoicing, creating shipping labels, matching inventory reports, filing, and additional duties as assigned.Hard Skills
