Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for a large financial client sitting in Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL. This person is responsible for ensuring the integrity of data used for business operations and decision-making processes and will analyze, monitor, and improve data quality across various systems and data bases. They are creating a COE for data quality and building out a platform that will host all internal and 3rd party applications and this resource will be responsible for ensuring data integrity for this migration. They will work with business partners to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and discrepancies. Key responsibilities include:

Working with business partners to understand data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Understand advantages/disadvantages of various data profiling tools and be able to translate those capabilities to business partners.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data quality requirements and metrics.

Provide training and support to end-user's data quality best practices and tools.

Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes.
