Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join one of our clients in Richmond, VA. Role will be hybrid on-site for 3 days per week.Responsibilities include:
Work with Technology and Business teams to identify data elements that require Metadata and assess for data impacts in compliance with EDM requirements.
Drive the creation of Metadata by ensuring Technical Metadata (System, Database, Schema, Table, Field identification) and Business Metadata (Business friendly names and definitions).
Ensure that Metadata is loaded into our local repository.
Where automation is not present, will need to manually load metadata from spreadsheets into our Metadata tool.
Work with internal teams to update current state Metadata.
Grade Metadata to ensure we are producing high quality names and definitions.
Provide User Testing for new releases on our Metadata tool to ensure that our Metadata can be accessed and updated.
Validate tentative data changes with the project teams to mitigate any organizational risk.
