Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for In Home Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. YOUR ROLE

You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the window and door product that will

meet their needs.

You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.

You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.

A proven track record of closing sales.

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Self-motivated and results oriented.

Combination of education and experience.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Sales Training Compensation:

$500.00 weeks 1-2, $600.00 weeks 3-4, $700.00 weeks 5-6, $800.00 weeks 7-8. Paid weekly. Starting in week 9 you will be transferred to a COMMISSION-BASED compensation plan.
