We run furniture and flooring departments in a major retail operation and now hiring for Harrisonburg, VA.
We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who like dealing with people, are organized thinkers and enjoy sales. Must have a good work ethic and an upbeat personality. Must be self motivated and very dependable! Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs, assemble displays, assist customers with purchases, unload deliveries, know how to use Microsoft office programs! You will be able to obtain an excellent work/ life balance.
Hourly rate is based on experience, plus earn monthly bonuses based on attaining realistic sales targets. Our retail work week is an unheard of 40 hours a week. At times, you may be asked to work additional hours, at overtime rates, of course.
You will be trained in our operation to get you up to speed to advance quickly as we continue to open new stores. Our associates thrive in our environment as we give enormous latitude to run their departments as if they owned them themselves. You must have a valid driver’s license, social security card. Work schedule includes includes weekends.
