The Mortgage Servicer - Collections position provides professional, efficient and friendly customer service to all Park Lane borrowers in the servicing of monthly mortgage payments. To provide high-quality clerical and accounting support services to Park Lane management and lead the returned home inventory sales process.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel/ Driving Possible need to utilize personal transportation for business purposes. Pick up office supplies, run to post office etc. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience College degree preferred but not required
