ResponsibilitiesCommander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) is an Echelon III command (field activity) under Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) with a mission to deliver quality, cost-wise material readiness in support of U.S. Naval forces worldwide. CNRMC is responsible for coordinating the depot- and intermediate-level maintenance of the Navy's surface fleet, and for resourcing the requirements necessary to meet ships maintenance availability schedules.The Waterfront Operations Analyst will provide on-site support to CNRMC Code 300 in developing and executing standardized maintenance processes and common policy to sustain a consistent business model across the RMCs and ultimately provide cost-effective readiness solutions to the warfighter.Routine duties include:

Interface with senior military/civilian management personnel

Analyze ship maintenance and planning and provide reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

Collecting, formatting, and analyzing data. Includes creating charts, forms, and integrating with other MS Office products

Prepare CNRMC clients and process stakeholders for maintenance planning meetings and events, participate in meetings to record notes and track action items.

Develop/provide data, metrics and reports/information to senior military/civilian leaders and to adjacent commands for shared projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field—Associates and/or high school diploma/GED may be considered assuming the candidate has relevant experience.

Six years of experience working in US Navy maintenance and modernization planning and execution policy and processes such as Joint Force Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Navy Modernization Program, Management of Operations Manual (NMP-MOM, and I Level Instructions)

Must have a working knowledge of the RMCs, Project and Maintenance Teams

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other database management tools and software, specifically, advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Must be a US Citizen with an active SECRET security clearance and be able to obtain a CAC

Desired Qualifications

Experience with preparing and facilitating meetings involving people from multiple organizations

Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Superb customer interaction

Self-motivated team player with experience working independently and managing several projects simultaneously

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
