Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program

Participate in establishing and defining program requirements

Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, program management reviews and technical reviews. Coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical and/or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.

Produce meeting minutes and track contract deliverables for submission to customer

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met

Drafting new or revised policies and procedures to include workflow through SharePoint.

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements

May perform business development activities

Required:

BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of experience (additional years of experience in lieu of degree can be considered)

Excellent communication skills.

Strong research and analytical skills are required.

Microsoft Suite Proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Power Point, etc)

Must be able to obtain secret clearance OR already have active secret

Must be onsite in Hampton, VA

#GDITpriorityThe likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
