HR Recruiter

Description We are seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role is integral to our large retail company's growth and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for various personnel-related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and managing human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.Responsibilities: Perform various administrative duties related to human resources. Utilize internet research to identify potential customers. Assist in planning new employee orientation meetings. Maintain and update employee database records. Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and HR services. Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for network management. Employ Careerbuilder and other platforms for recruitment processes. Manage timekeeping using Kronos Timekeeping System. Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Conduct Background Checks and manage the hiring process. Administer Benefit Functions and Documentation.
