Title : Food Service ManagerLocation : Front Royal, VAPay : $25-27/hrShift : Day time hoursDescription:
Will report to the Food Operations Manager and manage an hourly staff of approximately 7 FT and PT employees
Typical shift will range from 6:30am-8:00pm may vary with every other weekend coverage
Mainly oversee dining room operations and will assist in kitchen as needed;
Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall resident meal service program targeted to exceed resident and customer satisfaction;
Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident/ student experience;
Ensure food quality and presentation;
Exceed standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
Perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development, scheduling of staff
They will be required to assist the head chef with food prep and cooking
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Should have experience in the areas of Food Preparation, Restaurant Management or Head Chef experience
Should have experience doing food /supply orders
Experience managing staff
