Must have at least 5 years carpentry field experience in high end residential construction and computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc). Candidates need a broad range of knowledge in a variety of building material products and methods of construction. Ability to read blueprints and do take offs is a must.
This position requires a professional individual who is enthusiastic, has good verbal and written communication skills, personally motivated, hardworking and a problem solver.
Duties include but are not limited to managing & coordination for projects, preparing estimates, soliciting subcontractor bids, developing scopes of work, job costing, client and architect interaction.
