HVAC/R Technicians/Helpers for Commercial and Residential
Local residential and commercial HVACR company hiring experienced and self-motivated technicians and Helpers to add to our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position with benefits and a competitive salary. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this job you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of HVACR equipment including air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, heat pumps, air scrubbers, ductwork, commercial ice makers, water and air-cooled systems, etc.
Technicians will prepare quotes that will educate consumers on their best options for repairs and/or replacements. Paid commissions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean safe organized truck, truck stock, purchase parts and supplies as requested, and professionally write digital work orders to include pictures for clarification.
This is a 40-hour a week job plus overtime. In addition, all technicians serve one weekend a month on-call.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICIAL REQUIREMENTS:
EPA Certification preferred
NATE certification preferred
CFESA certification a plus
A minimum of two years on-the-job HVACR or related experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work at heights with ladders
Must have Virginia drivers license and be insurable
Good customer communication skills
Dedication to being on-time
