Superior Concrete, a division of U.S. Concrete is currently seeking a Diesel Mechanic to provide service to our growing fleet of concrete mixer trucks and other plant vehicles located at our Dulles Plant.
Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of our fleet of concrete mixer trucks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Journeyman level heavy duty truck repair experience preferred
Heavy duty diesel engine trouble shooting and repair
Manual transmission trouble shooting and repair
Electronic engine trouble shooting and repair
General electrical system trouble shooting and repair
Hydraulic systems trouble shooting and repair
Must be self-starter. Willing to work nights and Saturdays
Possess appropriate hand tools
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Minimum of one year directly related experience required
Must pass a drug and alcohol pre-test and random testing
Sign-On Bonus
$2000 bonus for proven experience, paid out after 6 months and one year of employment!
