Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile individual to fill the role of Handyman/Handywoman and Marketing. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of home improvement and repair tasks in clients' homes, ranging from minor repairs to larger renovation projects. Additionally, you will assist in marketing efforts and other general responsibilities involved in running a successful handyman business.
Responsibilities:
Conduct home improvement and repair tasks as assigned, including but not limited to:
o Carpentry
o Plumbing
o Electrical work
o Painting
o Flooring installation
o Fixture installations
o General maintenance
Assist in marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote our services
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Help with general administrative tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but experience in a related field is a plus
Basic knowledge of home improvement and repair techniques
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
