To provide the service and/or installation of fireplaces, hearth products and hearth accessories. Responsible for responding to service calls that include product installation and/or repair of fireplaces and gas logs. Knowledge of direct-vent and vent-free fireplaces is a plus.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license
Good driving record
Experienced in residential hearth appliances and venting systems
Ability to load and unload trucks
Ability to work comfortably and safely on ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding
Proven knowledge of general construction, carpentry, and masonry
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Skilled at customer service and communication
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
