Rapidly growing national tax prep firm seeking the best and brightest tax professionals to prepare or review business and individual tax returns under flexible work arrangement. Tax Preparer or EAs with exceptional communication skills and experience required. 2 years or more tax experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for providing guidance, explaining, preparing, and completing accurately tax-related forms for clients and e-filing tax returns. You also will:
· Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
· Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
· Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
· Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with legislation and regulations.
· Collection and processing of clients’ payments
· Marketing and business generation efforts.
· Furnishes taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion.
· Answer client calls and respond to client emails
· Provide future tax planning to clients.
· Support office priorities through teamwork.
