What we are looking for:
Door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Northern Virginia market.
Responsibilities:
Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
Set Appointments with homeowners for qualified closers.
Attend semiweekly meetings (every Tuesday and Thursday) to connect with the team.
Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.
Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.
Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.
Requirements:
Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred).
Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.
Sales background or solar experience.
What We Offer:
$18/hr plus commission
