We currently have a second service technician position available at our Ashland Va. location.
Responsibilities include , but not limited to:
Servicing existing customers homes under warranty, checking in and performing punch list/service work for new homes. Maintain models at Home Center. Maintain Sales Center lot and 2 buildings. Schedule and complete all customers issues in a timely manner, and complete the jobs to the customers satisfaction. Must be organized and able to work with all customers in a professional manner and atmosphere. Follow up will be a critical part of this position along with organizing and keeping track of all customers completed paperwork. Will work directly with the existing service technician, the project coordinator and administrative assistant.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30- 4:30. 40 hours per week, full-time position. There will be a company van/truck available for work use. We offer great medical/health/dental benefits, 401k, PTO days, lots of holidays off and weekends off.
