We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team in Warrenton, VA.

As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing customer, clerical and operations support as outlined below. This position is not short-term and is intended for the right candidate who is willing to commit to learning, training, and growing with the company.

Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) sun, rain, sleet, or snow! We are a full-service company operating year-round. We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team.

What you will do as the Office Administrator:

Pleasantly answer all incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, solve problems, organize and research answers independently.

Provide lead screening, vetting, and thorough follow-through of lead and client requests, including phone sales.

Utilize and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with detail and accuracy.

Work closely with Operations Manager and Technicians to ensure excellent client care, accurate lead tracking, problem resolution, and smooth day-to-day operations in the office.

Provide next-level service to clients, staff, and vendors, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Organize and maintain department files, spreadsheets, software programs, and databases. Heavy computer/data entry and other general office duties.

Identify areas of improvement within the company and work diligently to streamline processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Thorough knowledge of standard office, data entry, and word processing equipment.

Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and spelling.

Ability to communicate ideas effectively in both oral and written forms.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the general public.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Microsoft Office – Word and Excel – 2 years (Preferred)

QuickBooks (Preferred)

CRM experience (Preferred)

Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred)

Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
