Property Maintenance Technician
Position is for full time employment
Compensation: $15-$18/hr based on experience
Applicant must be willing to work in all weather conditions that are deemed nonhazardous to the health and safety of employees. Applicant must be able and willing to climb and work off of ladders not to exceed 3 stories. This is an entry-level technician position for a pressure washing and exterior maintenance company based out of Woodford, Va.
Duties include but are not limited to: Pressure washing residential and commercial properties, professional window cleaning (interior and exterior), roof cleaning, deck and fence staining/sealing, deck restoration, exterior painting, gutter cleaning/gutter guard installation, all areas of grounds maintenance and lawn care, as well as repair and maintenance of our own equipment.
Applicant will be required to wear a uniform and maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Must be customer service oriented, as there will be a lot of contact with customers. Applicant must be able to pass a background check, have no felony convictions, be in possession of a valid VA drivers license and produce a copy of a clean driving record. This is a labor intensive job. Pay is well above industry standard with potential to increase. Hard work and dedication are compensated accordingly.
