Job Description
TriTechnologies is a growing company with unique cutting-edge technology in the
asphalt industry. Our superior rejuvenating products improve the asphalt from inside
out, saving our clients money.
Job Tasks-
Meet and interact with owners, property managers, building engineers, and others
who are responsible for maintaining parking lots and roadways.
Accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and sub contractors
ensuring project scope is fully covered,
Serve as a primary contact with customer personnel through the bidding process and
maintain an on-going dialogue to fully assess how we can best meet the customer's
needs.
Preparing bids and submitting proposals that accurately depict the project.
Prospecting for new clients and generating leads.
Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process.
Participate in a variety of sales and networking events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years Sales/Estimator experience in Commercial
Construction with a successful sales record. Ability to read, interpret, and accurately
perform take-off construction drawings a plus. Must be able to operate a computer
and standard software applications. Must possess skills in math, public relations, writing, communication, and negotiations.
Willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Salary to be commensurate with
experience.
