A Human Resources Organization, headquartered in Fredericksburg VA is seeking a motivated, career oriented individual with Human Resources experience or education that can effectively speak with prospective clients on the telephone. Outbound calls will be made to businesses that have previously visited our website and or downloaded free HR tools from our website. Any previous telephone experience will be an asset.
We are a rapidly growing organization and if desired, successful candidates will have substantial opportunities to assume additional hours and to take on additional responsibilities on part time or full time basis.
This position can be part-time or full time and hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
Applicants need to be energetic and courteous with good communications skills. Initial hours will be daytime, 9:00 to 3:00 Monday through Thursday.
