One on One Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to assist a young boy with mild intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to help him thrive in his daily routine.
Position Details:
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Role: Providing assistance with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

What We Offer
Certification Support: We prefer candidates with CNA, PCA, or HHA certification, but we're willing to cover the costs of certification training for the right candidates. The training is conducted online at your own pace, and upon completion, you'll receive a pay increase.
