The Medical Records Support Program Manager will ensure the success in the crucial processes that support the Physicians/Providers who perform Compensation & Pension Exams and Disability Exams for our Veterans to be able to receive their service-related disability benefits.Responsibilities:

Ensure client's overall success/value realization with project deliverables in timely and efficient manner.

Work to optimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to client.

Understand client expectations and objectives.

Ability to communicate how productivity and quality metrics are being met and manage expectations through weekly updates.

Facilitate onsite and remote meetings — including bi-weekly status and planning and operational process sessions, and other meetings as required.

Ensure reliable communication and escalation governance to ensure timely dissemination of information to all stakeholders.

Lead project teams in development and execution of project plans, including management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Support and collaborate with all team members to remove roadblocks, ensuring effective teaming.

Facilitate communication between client and project team to maintain collaboration effectively and efficiently.

Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Ensure support to Human Resources, Finance, and IT department tasks within the Team.

Create monthly internal status report to ensure proper communication of project health (project budget, timeline, scope, and risks); assist with account planning/management and other financial activities in new and existing customer opportunities.

Ability to gain trust of Client's project and key business stakeholders to help drive projects forward.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Strong relationship management and strategic communication skills.

Advanced Computer skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and demanding environment.

Possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations

Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree and/or related field experience required.

Advanced degree preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to acquire.

Working knowledge of medical jargon and anatomy.

Healthcare Licensures/Certificates, a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
