This means that Kaeser is not affected by the ups and downs of individual markets.We are seeking individuals who have worked in an office environment to fill the position of Invoicing Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location.Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will:

Review sales orders for accuracy and billing the orders

Perform Inventory adjustments

Compare purchase orders to sale orders

Review service tickets to service orders

Calculate and compare freight to billing policy

Required QualificationsThe successful candidate’s background will include:

Associate Degree in Accounting (required) or working towards a related degree; Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred); Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement

Skilled in Accounts Payable and/or knowledge in the service industry a plus.

Expert verbal and written English proficiency

Skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suites.

SAP experience preferred

Perform all other duties by the Managers
