Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience Manufacturing experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment in the U.S.
Understand and follow directions
Operate or work from elevated work surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
Must wear required safety equipment (PPE)
Must work around heavy machinery
Must undergo an initial drug screen and periodic drug screens for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
Participate in 4 week New Hire Integration (NHI) Orientation (classroom setting)
Successful completion of 125 day Probationary period
Mill Operations - You must be able to:
24/7 operations
Work rotating work schedules that are subject to change
Work some major holidays, weekends, and nights
Switch between nights and days
Consider the potential effect on family and the likelihood of missing family event
