Our work depends on Configuration Analyst joining our team to be a part of a cohesive team that performs all aspects of customer service and maintenance of existing systems to ensure the command is always mission capable.HOW A CONFIGURATION ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACTResponsible for the installation, configuration management and troubleshooting of computers and related IT equipment. Establishes and maintains packages and management of client workstation, servers, and endpint configurations including operating systems, COTS, GOTS and custom applications in an enterprise environment utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory to troubleshoot and deploy images. Requests vendor quotes for hardware, resolves incident and trouble tickets and acts as an interface between internal and external customers Provides supervision, guidance, and mentoring for the desktop support and client configuration management teams. Works with other network professionals as directed to coordinate efforts, troubleshooting peripheral and hardware issues, resolve cross-team issues and communicate and track changes for classified, unclassified, and special communications networks. Associates Degree
● Required Experience:
5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills:
MS Windows 7/10 Operating System or later
MS Server 2019 Operating System or later
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) experience to include experience with Operating System Deployments
MS Office 2016 or later / Outlook 2016 or later
Experience with personal computers, terminal, peripheral equipment and associated software repair, installation, configuration, and system operation
Familiar with configuration and management of mobile devices, such as tablets and phones
Experience with MECM/SCCM
Experience with VPN technologies / client configuration

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
