Our work depends on Business Process Analyst Sr Advisor joining our team to develop IT solutions for modernization, and for new development projects.HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT●Assist the Product Owner or Team lead in defining the product scope, vision and roadmap●Gather and assemble requirements●Consult and coordinate with product owners, customers, key stakeholders, technical teams, and end users●Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems.●Develop user stories and acceptance criteria from requirements●Provide technical assistance and guidance through performing gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternative (AoA) studies, business process modeling, wireframes and storyboards●Provide system analysis and subject matter expertise on issues and bugs●Deliver technical briefings and hosting meetings to diverse audiences●Lead collaboration and coordination activities in a hybrid work environment.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● BS/BA Degree (Business, Information Technology)● 5 + years experience in supporting the product owner and agile team, eliciting business needs, maintaining user stories in the backlog, writing and maintaining technical documentation, modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture and data●Experience assisting with testing, by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test cases results●Experience with producing relevant and current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks prior to sprints starts● Strong problem-solving capacity in a highly visible and mission critical environment●Ability to perform independently and within a team●Strong articulation, listening, written and oral communication skills required for interaction with diverse audiences and self-forming teams●Location: Remote/HybridDesired 7+ years of experienceGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $121,550 - $164,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
