SummaryCHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLCFalls Church , VAThe Motor Vehicle Dispatcher will support the Logistics Program Manager and assist the Fleet Program Mangers in dispatching, vehicle preventative maintenance, parking management, budgeting, utilization tracking, inventories, accountability, reporting, special projects, policy analysis, and process improvement in support of the PFPA contract.Responsibilities

Dispatch vehicles from assigned fleet motor pools and assist in coverage for other Motor Vehicle Dispatchers.

Provide support to the Logistics Program Manager in delivering leased vehicles from GSA.

Provide assistance on issues ranging from proper care and operation of vehicles to innovative customer service practices.

Monitor customer compliance with preventive maintenance schedules, mileage reporting requirements, and Fleet Credit Card purchase guidelines.

Perform on-site reviews of vehicle inventory and ensures adherence to vehicle replacement schedules.

Shall guide customers through the vehicle assignment and termination process, and maintenance and accident procedures.

Assist, and provide support in all areas of fleet procedures.

Assist, monitor, update, implement and maintain a suspense tracking system for potential and new requirement correspondence and projects received.

Assist with administrative actions and assist government personnel with the implementation of policies and procedures.

Report to the Logistics Program Manager on the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational strength and administrative programs.

Report mileage requirements to the Logistics Program Manager and any tracking reports.

Assist agency staff with dispatching motor-pool vehicles to PFPA authorized personnel.

Assist as a team member of the development of documents and reports for fleet inventory databases.

Support the government in overall policies, plans, requirements, execution, control and direction of the work and associated resources involved in providing life cycle management for fleet management.

Perform routine tasks of an administrative nature such as report preparation, maintenance of project information, maintenance of documentation and databases, coordination and/or production of graphic support for briefings and publications, in addition to general administrative.

Maintain records, files, and assist the Logistics Program Manager and fleet management requirements of tasks to ensure goals and objectives of the organization are achieved.

Support the Logistics Program Manager in coordinating with government officials, development, preparation, editing, writing, updating, program specifications documentation and process.

Assist the Logistics Program Manager with updates to PFPA management correspondence (Memorandums, Policy Letters, and narratives, Standard Operating Procedures, Define and Refine Processes).

Store work related documents on the share drive and maintain the status of Projects and set timely goals and dates for completion.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum one (1) year work related experience

Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.

Valid state driver’s license and shall comply with PFPA policies and all federal, state, and local driving laws.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access.

Experience with clerical, computer or other, which requires familiarity with scheduling.

Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

Ability to present a neat appearance and pleasant attitude when dealing with customers and other employees.

Knowledge of DOD utilization requirements

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel.

Possess strong office organizational and file management skills, and strong ability to multi-task.

Experience in the DPAS Maintenance and Utilization Module preferred
