Manage incoming telephone calls
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Microsoft Office experience
Annual reporting experience
Travel experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
3+ years of past relevant experience
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
