Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services (ES), is seeking a Manager of Digital Manufacturing. This position will define & execute the NextGen Technology strategy for Digital Manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will translate concepts, develop transformational strategies, implement change, and create & drive responsiveness to business requirements. A critical element of the role will be to deploy digital manufacturing capabilities across Northrop Grumman. This position will report to the Director, Digital Engineering.

This position can be located at any major Northrop Grumman location across the country. (Melbourne, FL; Irving, TX; El Segundo, CA; McLean, VA; Herndon, VA) Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Lead the creation and change management of a fully functionalized Digital Manufacturing product line, portfolio, and organization. This is aligned with business functional organizations, and focused on enabling outcomes of the business - cost reduction, efficiencies, speed to market, reuse & application tool simplification across the product domains. - Drive strategy and execution toward a common set of tools across all sectors centered on a digital transformation strategy that is the single source of truth across the enterprise for product definition, attributes, data structure, and data content. - Partner with leadership to implement model-based practices and model-based enterprise pilots, and mature offerings to become standard within the portfolio. Apply technology trends and provide input into portfolio optimization. - Develop a strong/empowered "super user community" and cross-sector functional groups. Drive and influence simplification improvements while understanding business partner/ program business objectives and needs. - Drive the prioritization, budgeting, and resource planning of IT work to support business objectives and key initiatives for sectors and programs. - Drive global deployment and adoption of information technology solutions across Northrop Grumman. Maximize the alignment of Enterprise Services with the ES operating model, strategies, and investments. - Determine information and technology needs, then define and lead implementation and maintenance strategies to meet those needs for existing portfolio. - Be responsible for improving IT operational excellence and controlling costs for services and functions globally. Monitor customer satisfaction levels with service delivery and engage resources to assist as required to meet and exceed service level objectives. - Be responsible for management activities including recruiting, development, performance management, compensation, organization and teaming. - Develop, mentor, and lead a diverse employee base; hire and retain exceptional talent. - Demonstrate the highest levels of leadership integrity, openness, compliance and honesty in all business interactions.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology delivery and support or Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology delivery and support. - Ability to provide strategic direction regarding our Information Technology products, processes, applications, and technology. - Proven experience managing projects, budgets and schedules. - Experience with developing proposals and project statements of work for external bid and competitive differentiation. - Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize, plan, and execute work tasks in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality results. - Demonstrated ability to pro-actively in identify issues and solutions to those issues, and drive issues rapidly to closure. Identify systemic technical and service delivery challenges affecting the service delivery; engage constructively to identify solutions. - Active DOD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance or SAP/SAR program clearance.
