We are seeking an HRIS Analyst in Falls Church, VA.  This is a unique opportunity to help set the course for a new HRIS team and to continue to extend the functionality of UKG and other HR Systems to support the strategic direction of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR systems, a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team, and the ability to effectively influence and gain critical buy-in from stakeholders.The HRIS Analyst will partner with the HR team to develop, enhance, and integrate solutions to drive business objectives. You will serve as the HR systems subject matter expert, and will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and administration of all system updates and enhancements. You will also work in partnership with IT, Finance, Payroll, and Internal Audit to ensure successful processing of integrations, monitor data integrity, and enforce data governance and compliance.HR Systems Administration – responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance of HR systems; work to troubleshoot HR systems issues and partner with Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources to design, test and implement resolutions; monitor business process workflow to ensure approvals are obtained on a timely basis; maintain supervisory structure and core configuration in UKG.System Updates & Enhancement Projects – develop, maintain, and manage HRIS project plans for all system updates and enhancement projects, provide status updates and ensure project milestones are achieved; assist in the identification and analysis of new HR systems, recommend business process enhancements, and contribute to the development of HRIS strategy, policies and procedures.Client Support & End-User Training – support Total Rewards and HR Operations with HR business processes and procedures; provide subject matter expertise to HR systems end-users; develop and maintain functional system configuration documentation and processes; deliver end-user training for new users and on-going training to ensure the effective utilization of HR systems; partner with Learning & Development to create job aides and training guides.Data Quality & Compliance – responsible for maintaining the highest level of data integrity by conducting data audits and making or coordinating data entry changes with members of Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources; document and maintain data governance and protocols to support data quality; monitor of all active interfaces between UKG and other HR systems/vendors to ensure successful processing; and partner with IT and Internal Audit in the development of security protocols.Reporting & Analytics – create ad hoc reports to meet user specifications; design report formats and create functional specifications for complex reports requiring IT development; partner with Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources to validate report output and address issues; leverage HR systems to compile metrics for dashboards and analytics to support business intelligence; responsible for developing HR systems metrics for presentation to key Stakeholders.
