This position will be responsible for the development and technical support of Supply Chain applications as well as providing technical expertise and support to mission critical Supply Chain and Warehouse Management systems.Responsibilities

Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of systems, including complex problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.

Provide operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning and upgrades.

Researches, installs, configures, modifies, and tests application software (Both SaaS and On Prem).

Supports systems maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other major systems.

Understands multiple application platforms and works with database, infrastructure, networking, and cyber security teams to maintain operations.

Designs interfaces between applications including mapping data elements, developing code, and transforming data.

Plans and performs upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and integrations with other systems coordinating resources across multiple teams.

Adheres to all security, change management and application management lifecycle policies.

Determines hardware, software, and system requirements to maintain operations and achieve business objectives.

Meets with stakeholders, documents requirements, user stories, and related artifacts to determine technical specifications.

Understands business processes and applies expert functional knowledge and experience to solve business problems with available technology.

Develops reports in multiple technologies and analyzes data to meet business needs.

Develops and conducts quality reviews to ensure systems meet documented user requirements.

Supports IT security requirements, audits, and corporate initiatives.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Updates technical documentation, product specifications, and training materials.

Maintains a current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.

8+ years of related information technology experience.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

8+ years working in a Linux or Windows Environment (Windows Server 2016/2019, RHEL)

MUST be hands on with systems and technology.

Hands on experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution principles, methodologies and techniques required.

Hands on experience with Application System Administration, Application Patch and Vulnerability management and mitigation desired.

Basic knowledge Oracle and SQL database management a plus.

Knowledge and experience with any of the following a plus: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report authoring, Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server Stored Procedures, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web development, C# .NET (MVC, Windows Forms, and Windows Services), Adobe Cold Fusion, Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher, Power BI.

Experience with Warehouse Management applications experience a plus.

Basic knowledge of Supply Chain business processes a plus.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle PaaS a plus.

Must be a self-starter and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision.

Advanced knowledge and awareness of current information technology products, services, and solutions.

Ability to work in a distributed and cross functional team environment.

Work hours will include meetings and maintenance activities scheduled outside of business hours.

Telecommute position, occasional travel may be required.
