Our work depends on Scrum Master joining our team to support GSA ASSIST.HOW A SCRUM MASTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:● Supports an agile team translating high level business requirements into user stories and acceptance test criteria using Agile methodology, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.● Supports the end-user in user acceptance test set up and testing as needed. Experience in running daily scrums. Experience working with agile teams, product owners and users.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: BA/BS● Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing backlog for Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).● Required Technical Skills: Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps or Trello etc.● Security Clearance Level: Able to attain Public Trust● Required Skills and Abilities: Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner / Product Manager ( SAFe certification preferred ). This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
