Description Robert Half is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This role involves high-volume and technical recruiting for a variety of clearance level positions, making use of Taleo Recruiting Software. The HR Recruiter position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Looking for someone that has full cycle recruiting experience, can work hybrid in Fairfax, VA, has high volume/ fast paced recruiting and can start ASAP Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clearance level positions Utilize Taleo Recruiting Software to manage recruiting process Handle high-volume recruiting efficiently and effectively Source candidates for a variety of different contracts Ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruiting process Leverage technical recruiting experience to identify and attract top talent Collaborate with different departments to understand their hiring needs and specifications Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Has recruited previously for clearance level roles. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Can manage multiple open requestions at a given time frame Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Recruiter position, with high volume recruiting Demonstrated ability to handle documentation processes effectively Experience in full cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees Proven track record in recruiting for a variety of job roles and levels within an organization Proficient in using Taleo Recruiting Software or similar recruiting software Experience in volume recruiting and ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once Knowledge and experience in technical recruiting, specifically for IT roles or similar Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Knowledge of labor legislation and employment equity regulations Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain candidate databases for future job openings Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle salary/wage requests Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
