Our work depends on Cyber Security Analyst Associate joining our team to work our delivery teams to assess specific mission focused environments and ensure compliancy with both customer and GDIT cyber security standards.HOW A CYBER SECURITY ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Performs artifact analysis of digital information and prepares data for review and approval of the Division CISO.● Direct interaction with client operations teams to include program managers, security professionals and delivery staff.● Work with program teams to address challenges in accordance with GDIT policies.● Use of Cyber Security skills is a must to collect, value-add, collate, and prepare materials for presentation in a logical format that leads to risk assessment determinations.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or relevant discipline● Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Familiarity with information technology governance and compliance, as well as end point detection and response● Security Clearance Level: Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level.● US Citizenship Required● Required Skills and Abilities: Well organized in the management of highly technical information and the ability to communicate in both written and oral formats●Within 3 months of employment, obtaining a SECURITY+ w/ Continual Education (CE) certification.● Preferred Skills: knowledge of common Cyber security practices and NIST RMF framework.● Location: RemoteGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
