As a Communications Analyst Senior supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for communications support.HOW A COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Reviews and edits project deliverables such as technical documents, policies, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Reviews and edits material for punctuation, grammar, and content.

Identifies and modifies contextual errors, reorganizes content, and edits graphics, tables, and illustrations.

Develops the process for crafting and refining ideas, cultivating sources, and developing highly articulate articles.

Collaborates closely with technical teams to deliver appropriate and complex content.

Collaborate with our communications team and program management office to align digital designs with style and brand guidelines and task area objectives.

Collaborate with program staff to understand their design requirements and project objectives.

Develop custom graphics, tables, charts, and other design elements as needed for documents and presentations.

Develop and present design concepts and mockups to clients for approval.

Amend designs after feedback and incorporate changes in an expeditious manner.

Organize and manage digital assets and design files efficiently and repurpose assets and files as required.

Maintain and update assets in digital asset library.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and processes, offer creative suggestions when discussing future design updates for incorporation into the program.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of experience supporting communications, public relations, marketing, or change management communications for federal government, private health care or health related organizations. Experience with medium to large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, and Canva.

Strong writing skills, public speaking skills, and ability to able to convey complex technical knowledge into plain language for multiple audiences.

Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of relevant analyst experience.

Experience supporting federal contract program manager.

Public relations, communications, marketing or change management communication desired.

Strong facilitation skills to engage with external stakeholders and partners.

Graphic design skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance.

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

Must be able to obtain a SSBI (T5) public trust clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
