Our work depends on a Change Control Manager joining our team to support Federal EHR Modernization program activities.At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Change Control Manager supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, you will be trusted to work on Large Scale Federal Program and lead the Change Control management process.HOW A CHANGE CONTROL MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Developing Contractor Change Management Plan for use by GDIT that aligns with the customer’s PMO Change Control Plan.

Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process for PMO and to Task Orders.

Coordinating change implementation, providing change monitoring, completing post-implementation reviews, and reports results.

May support preparation of operational readiness reports and review operational readiness acceptance documentation to verify all the requirements for delivery to operations have been fulfilled.

Analyzing and processing complex engineering change requests (CRs) to determine the impact on the overall system.

Ensuring change control by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorizations, and system updates.

Providing guidance and training to managers, site leads, engineers, systems, and network administrators regarding change management procedures.

Applying comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles, methods, techniques, and best practices to configuration management and change management.

Serving as GDIT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Change Management for supporting external requests, data calls, and in coordination with configuration manager, Contract Deliverables (CDRL) reporting to the Program Office.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCCEED:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

8 + years of experience with configuration management support, to include designing and establishing Change Management program & documentation.

Experience with process development and process management.

Experience with configuration management tools.

Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.     

Strong attention to detail and highly organized. 

Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

PMP Certification.

ITIL V4 Foundation or possess equivalent higher certifications.

Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.

Experience utilizing change management tools such as Tableau, JIRA , ServiceNow, SCSM or other tools used to manage change control process and improvement initiatives.

Serving as local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Change Management,

Experience processing service request and change request tickets using SCSM/ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
