This role will be involved with the design, creation, execution, and modifications to the distribution program and support Identity and Access Management (IDaM) and working with Information Technology solutions. Responsibilities will also include designing and running monitoring and auditing reports related to MFA token management, analysis of business processes to maximize efficiencies, and agency-facing introduction, training, and support activities.The successful candidate for this position is a motivated individual, a self-starter who works effectively in a dynamic environment. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.Your future duties and responsibilities: Manage and track an inventory of Multi-Factor Authentication tokens Distribute MFA tokens upon request from federal agencies and support analysis and reporting related to improving the efficiency and efficacy of delivery Analyze and advise regarding the design and implementation of automated solutions to request, provision, reprovision, and retire MFA tokens Develop and execute reports to be used to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution program as well as the current state of distributed tokens Train and support internal and external customers in the use of the program and all related systems Delivery of tokens in the Metro DC region may be required as neededRequired qualifications to be successful in this role: Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project Training or professional experience with any Identity and Access Management solution(s) Training or professional experience in working with Information Technology solutionsDesired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience with CISA’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program Experience with Okta Identity Engine Experience with ServiceNow Experience with developing reporting from Information Technology solutions Experience with binding MFA tokens to an IDaM solutionCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
