- Create network diagrams and collect information about new clients
- On-call rotation for support staff after hours
- Knowledge of Windows 2012/2016/2019
- Expertise in the Windows Desktop Environments 10 and 11
- Experience with Meraki Wireless Access
- Knowledge in Cloud (public/private) environments
- Strong customer service skills, communication skills, and documentation skills
