- Demonstrated excellence in typography, interaction design, visual design, and a solid understanding of UX design principles.
- High creativity and design leadership.
- Expert knowledge of core design tools and familiarity with current Web technologies.
- Ability to work and interact cross-functionally.

- Online design portfolio that demonstrates strong, clean design sense is a must.
- Knowledge of accessible design principles and basic front-end development is a plus.
