Job Title: GSE TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are looking to add GSE Technicians to our team. Candidates must have a basic set of hand tools and will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on a variety of ground support equipment, including tugs, pushbacks, belts, and more. Most of the work involves preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes and brake jobs. The equipment fleet is aging, so there will be an increasing amount of work on breakdowns as well.Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance assignments involving automotive, electrical, systems, and other related trade skills.
Take direction from and seek guidance and expertise from experienced mechanics.
Accept training and mentoring from experienced mechanics.
Read and interpret repair manuals, basic electrical and hydraulic schematics, and instructions from supervisors/managers.

A SIDA badge is required, and technicians will be driving on the tarmac. Expect to work 8-10 hours of overtime per week, especially in the fall/winter. Tools are required (a list is available), and you must be open to working holidays, although usually only a few volunteers are needed.
