Are you interested in working on a fast paced program managing schedules, tracking customer deliverables and managing hardware/software development? As Deputy Program Manager with CACI, you will have the opportunity to foster a pattern of continuous improvement within our organization. Our Deputy Program Managers participate in the full lifecycle of program execution and internal reporting, focused on the delivery of space hardware solutions.Responsibilities:As a member of the program management team, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of focus areas, such as:

Assist in maintaining and developing the environment for the overall Master Program/Project Schedule and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule

Assist in defining and implementing configuration management

Track and generate data required to meet items on the Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL)

Support customer meetings and generate presentations

Assist with internal reporting requirements related to program financials and performance

Assist with the purchasing and tracking of hardware components

In this role will facilitate cross team communications, establishing and promoting best practices to multiple teams. Remote work is supported, to the extent allowed by your active project.Required Skills:

Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university

3+ years of experience working in fast paced environments while collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with software development with demonstrated experience, training or certification

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work well on a team

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Desired Skills:

Experience with project management, program management or supervisory experience managing people

Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies

Experience with space hardware development

Desired Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
