job detailsRandstad is currently searching for a Recruiter in Prince George to support our Randstad In-House Services (RIS) division. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing product that caters specifically to clients with high volume staffing needs in logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial. The Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment process of sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources as a Recruiter. This candidate will need to be comfortable talking on the phone, meeting goals and deadlines, and working as a team. Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and outputrequirements

Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, andreferences

Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts

Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage ofpersonnel data

Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office

Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager/Sr. Site Manager
