Description
Performs as telephone operator for the medical center, greeting all who seek information and delivering customer service support to staff, patients, families, visitors.
Has other varied duties, including emergency response procedures, dispatching of security personnel, paging and relaying messages to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including week-ends and holidays to insure appropriateness and continuity of care for the patients of Sovah Health Danville. Minimum Work Experience
