Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the daily management of customer service activities focusing on deliveries to customers and ensuring specific levels of service for all clients being served within the team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for preparing files, distributing documents, cargo tracking, billing, and collecting funds while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Must be flexible. Bilingual a plus. Schedule is Monday – Thursday starting at 6am until completion.

Requirements

2-4 years of customer service experience, in an office

Knowledge of basic computer systems (Microsoft products, Internet, etc.; knowledge of WMS is a plus (Accellos, IRMs, WMS, SAP, Oracle)

Attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills. Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and constantly re-prioritize.

Excellent communication skills verbal and written.

Bi-lingual is a plus
