The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, smooth, and safe warehouse operation, contributing to the overall success of our operations.Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise.
Support both Pre-pack and final pack operations.
Utilize warehouse management systems to balance multiple processes and support system efficiency.
Perform walking, cleaning, material handling by hand, and other duties as assigned for approximately 50% of the shift.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in storage processes and support to production areas.
Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience, preferably with stand-up forklifts and electric-powered forklifts.
Forklift certification verified through references.
Experience using a warehouse management system.
Experience in packaging, production, quality inspection, inventory control, RF scan gun usage, and material handling.

The larger facility will include more equipment and square footage. Warehouse aisles are approximately 12 feet wide, so candidates must learn the spacing before operating any equipment. The environment is climate-controlled, and we offer locker rooms with lockers upon request.
